  • 2 pieces green onions, diced

Cooking Steps:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures that your nachos will be perfectly melted and warm when they come out.
  2. Spread the corn tortilla chips evenly across a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter. Make sure the chips are arranged in a single layer for optimal cheese melting.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese generously over the chips. Don’t be shy; you want those cheesy layers to be thick and gooey!
  4. Spoon the warmed chili over the cheesy chips. Ensure even distribution so that every bite has a hearty dose of chili goodness.
