Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat Your Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix and sugar. Whisk them together until fully combined.
  3. Step 3: Add the Buttermilk - Pour in the buttermilk and gently stir the mixture using a fork. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Step 4: Incorporate the Butter - Drizzle the melted butter into the mixture and fold it in gently until just combined.
  5. Step 5: Shape the Dough - On a lightly floured surface, turn out the dough. Pat it down gently to about 1 inch thick.
  6. Step 6: Cut the Biscuits - Using a biscuit cutter or a round glass, cut out your biscuits and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Step 7: Bake - Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.

Notes

  • Do not overmix the dough to avoid tough biscuits.
