Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Flour white, spelt, or oat flour; almond or coconut flour for low-carb
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sugar or packed coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips dark or dairy-free
  • 1/3 cup Tahini
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Milk of choice almond milk, oat milk, etc.

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Baking Sheet - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: Mix Dry Ingredients - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Combine Wet Ingredients - In a separate bowl, mix together the tahini and milk until smooth.
  5. Step 5: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Step 6: Fold in Chocolate Chips - Add the chocolate chips and fold them in until evenly distributed.
  7. Step 7: Scoop the Dough - Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Step 8: Bake the Cookies - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Step 9: Cool and Enjoy - Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
