Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Steak - Cut your chosen steak into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1-inch cubes. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Step 2: Season the Steak - In a mixing bowl, season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Heat the Skillet - Place your large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Heat until shimmering.
  4. Step 4: Sear the Steak Bites - Add the seasoned steak pieces in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Step 5: Add Garlic and Butter - Reduce heat, push steak to one side, add butter and garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds.
  6. Step 6: Combine and Finish - Toss steak bites in the garlic butter until well-coated, cooking for another minute.
