- In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, minced dill, and a dash of salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Using a sharp knife, cut your slices of white bread if they are not pre-sliced.
- On the first slice of bread, generously spread half of the creamy mixture.
- Place half of the smoked salmon on top of the spread. Add a couple of pieces of butter lettuce and a few slices of ripe tomato. Sprinkle capers if desired.
- Take the second slice of bread and place it on top. Spread the remaining mixture on this slice and repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
- Finish with the last slice of bread on top. Press down gently.
- Cut the sandwich into quarters or halves and serve immediately.

- For gluten-free options, use gluten-free bread.
- Try using avocado instead of cream cheese for a healthier fat option.
