Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces flatbreads (1.7 ounce each)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (sliced)
  • to taste Greek yogurt
  • 1 avocado (chopped)
  • 1 red onion (finely chopped, to taste)
  • to taste pea shoots or arugula
  • 1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Original Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • to taste salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Mixture - In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Frank's Red Hot sauce, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
  3. Step 3: Arrange the Flatbreads - Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Use parchment paper for easier cleanup if desired.
  4. Step 4: Add the Chicken Mixture - Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over each flatbread.
  5. Step 5: Layer with Cheese - Place fresh mozzarella slices over the chicken mixture.
  6. Step 6: Bake - Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  7. Step 7: Add Fresh Toppings - Let cool for a minute before adding toppings like Greek yogurt, avocado, red onion, and pea shoots or arugula.
  8. Step 8: Serve and Enjoy - Slice and serve hot.

Notes
