- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Spread the wings out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the seasoning.
- These wings can also be grilled for a smoky taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
