Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken wings fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon green onion chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Toss well to coat.
  4. Spread the wings out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the seasoning.
  • These wings can also be grilled for a smoky taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
