  • 2 tablespoons chive and onion flavored cream cheese (or plain if preferred)
  • 8 slices thin salami
  • 2 tablespoons black olives (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves

Method
 

  1. Start by laying your large tortilla or wrap flat on a clean cutting board.
  2. Using a knife or spatula, evenly spread the chive and onion flavored cream cheese over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  3. Begin layering the salami slices on top of the cream cheese, followed by the chopped black olives and then a handful of fresh baby spinach leaves.
  4. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring all the fillings stay inside.
  5. Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
  6. Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve immediately, or cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
