Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces ricotta cheese low-fat, about 2 cups
  • 4 tablespoons honey buckwheat is recommended
  • 4 tablespoons pistachios ground

Method
 

  1. Begin by placing the 16 ounces of ricotta cheese into a mixing bowl. Use a spatula to give it a gentle stir, making it smooth and creamy.
  2. Measure out 4 tablespoons of honey and drizzle it over the ricotta cheese.
  3. Using your spatula, gently fold the honey into the ricotta cheese, being careful not to overmix.
  4. If you haven't done so already, grind the 4 tablespoons of pistachios.
  5. Transfer the ricotta and honey mixture to your serving dish. Sprinkle the ground pistachios over the top and drizzle with more honey if desired.

Notes

  • Use high-quality ricotta for the best texture.
  • Adjust honey to taste; start with less and add more if needed.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
