  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Whisk them together until well combined and smooth.
  3. Step 3: Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring until evenly incorporated.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
