- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). This low temperature helps to dry out the mix without burning it.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex cereal, cheddar crackers, Bugles, mini pretzel twists, mini cheese sandwich crackers, and peanuts or cashews if using. Stir gently to mix the ingredients without breaking the Chex.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, ranch seasoning, dried dill, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Step 4: Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients. Using a spatula, gently fold the mixture until all pieces are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Step 5: Spread the coated mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.
- Step 6: Once the Ranch Chex Mix is golden and fragrant, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container for maximum freshness.
