In a blender or food processor, add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, whey protein powder, allulose, and vanilla extract. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
After blending, taste the pudding. If you prefer it sweeter, feel free to add an additional tablespoon of allulose or your sweetener of choice, then blend again.
