Pour in the Sun Drop soda, melted butter, lemon extract, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
After cooling, drizzle with a glaze made from confectioners' sugar and lemon juice.
