Method
 

  1. Start by grating the white American cheese and white queso cheese if you haven’t purchased pre-grated options. This step ensures even melting and a smoother texture.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, pour in the half and half or whole milk. Allow it to warm gently, but do not let it boil. This helps prevent the dairy from curdling.
  3. Once the milk is warm, gradually add the grated white American cheese, stirring continuously. This step is crucial for achieving that velvety dip consistency.
  4. After the white American cheese has melted, add the pepper jack cheese and the white queso cheese. Keep stirring until all the cheeses are fully melted and combined.
  5. At this point, you can season your dip with salt, pepper, or even a dash of hot sauce for extra kick. Taste and adjust as necessary.
