Preparation Steps
- Start by patting the steaks dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear. Rub olive oil on both sides, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley. Mix well to create the herb butter.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes for even cooking.
- Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
- In the last minute of cooking, spoon the herb butter over each steak and close the air fryer to let it melt.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
