  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley for garnish and freshness

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by patting the steaks dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear. Rub olive oil on both sides, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley. Mix well to create the herb butter.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes for even cooking.
  4. Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, spoon the herb butter over each steak and close the air fryer to let it melt.
  6. Remove the steaks and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

  • Allow leftover steak to cool completely before refrigerating.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
