Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich:
  • 2 slices Dave's Killer 21 Power Seed Bread
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce (more or less according to your preference)
  • 6 slices pepperoni

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Lay out the slices of Dave's Killer 21 Power Seed Bread, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, butter, pizza sauce, and pepperoni.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. This will give your sandwich that perfect crispy exterior when grilled.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice of bread, layer 1 slice of mozzarella cheese. Add the pizza sauce on top of the cheese, followed by the pepperoni slices. Finally, top with the second slice of mozzarella cheese and finish with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side up.
  4. Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Allow the butter to melt and coat the skillet evenly.
  5. Carefully place the assembled sandwich in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Using a spatula, gently flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side until it's golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove the sandwich from the skillet and let it cool for a minute. Slice it in half to reveal the melty cheese and pepperoni. Serve it warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping, and enjoy every cheesy bite!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes on each side until crispy again.
