- Step 1: Prepare Your Pan - Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the edges for easy removal later.
- Step 2: Melt the Butter - In a medium saucepan, melt 1 cup of butter over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Step 3: Combine Sugar and Milk - Add 3 cups of granulated sugar and 1 cup of evaporated milk to the melted butter, stirring continuously until well combined and boiling.
