Ingredients
  

For the Fudge:
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1.5 cups Reese’s peanut butter chips coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 7 ounces marshmallow crème
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups assorted candy chopped or whole

  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Pan - Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the edges for easy removal later.
  2. Step 2: Melt the Butter - In a medium saucepan, melt 1 cup of butter over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Step 3: Combine Sugar and Milk - Add 3 cups of granulated sugar and 1 cup of evaporated milk to the melted butter, stirring continuously until well combined and boiling.
  4. Step 4: Cook the Mixture - Allow to boil for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens slightly.
  5. Step 5: Add Remaining Ingredients - Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter chips, salt, marshmallow crème, and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
  6. Step 6: Fold in the Candy - Gently fold in your assorted chopped or whole candy.
  7. Step 7: Pour and Set - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top if necessary. Allow to cool until set.
  8. Step 8: Cut and Serve - Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute half the butter with unsweetened applesauce.
