Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your muffin tin with some of the melted butter.
- Open the can of Pillsbury Grands Biscuits and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons of the grated Parmesan. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the quartered biscuit pieces to the bowl with the buttery mixture. Toss gently until all pieces are coated evenly.
- Divide the coated biscuit pieces among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of Parmesan on top.
- Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- These muffins are best enjoyed warm right out of the oven.
- For added flavor, try incorporating fresh herbs like parsley or basil.
