Ingredients
  

For the Muffins:
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (16.3 oz)
  • 6 Tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan (divided)

  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your muffin tin with some of the melted butter.
  3. Open the can of Pillsbury Grands Biscuits and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons of the grated Parmesan. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Add the quartered biscuit pieces to the bowl with the buttery mixture. Toss gently until all pieces are coated evenly.
  6. Divide the coated biscuit pieces among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of Parmesan on top.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • These muffins are best enjoyed warm right out of the oven.
  • For added flavor, try incorporating fresh herbs like parsley or basil.
