  • 2 pounds Fingerling Potatoes washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt divided
  • 0.75 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 10 turns Italian Blend Herb Grinder
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan Cheese finely grated
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley finely chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Wash the fingerling potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
  3. Step 3: Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise and combine with olive oil, melted butter, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and Italian herbs. Toss to coat.
  4. Step 4: Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the fries and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
