Cook Oven Baked Sesame Chicken Like This
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for a crispy texture.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes, kosher salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat.
  3. Step 3: Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and panko bread crumbs.
  4. Step 4: Dip each chicken piece in flour, then eggs, and roll in panko. Place on a greased baking sheet.

Notes

  • For juicier meat, consider using boneless skinless chicken thighs.
  • Substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend if needed.
