Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese or vegan cream cheese for a creamy base
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping or yogurt for a light and fluffy texture
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar or sweetener of choice adds sweetness
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract enhances flavor
  • 3 cookies Oreo cookies or Keto Chocolate Cookies for crunch

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and continue to beat until fluffy.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping or yogurt using a spatula.
  5. Crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces and add to the mixture.
  6. Fold the crushed cookies into the creamy mixture until evenly distributed.
  7. Transfer the fluff into a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Serve in individual bowls or from the dish, garnished with more crushed Oreos if desired.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for whipped topping.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for enhanced flavors.
