In a mixing bowl, combine the whole milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk until well blended.
Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix again until everything is combined.
In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour and baking powder.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently. Let the batter sit for about 5 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Spread a generous layer of Nutella on one pancake, then top with another pancake. Repeat for the remaining pancakes.
Cut the pancake sandwiches into halves or quarters and serve warm.
