Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk for creamy texture
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour base of the pancakes
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil for moisture
  • 3 tablespoons sugar to balance flavors
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder for fluffiness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for flavor
  • 1 pinch salt to enhance flavors
  • 1/2 cup Nutella for filling

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix again until everything is combined.
  3. In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour and baking powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently. Let the batter sit for about 5 minutes.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Spread a generous layer of Nutella on one pancake, then top with another pancake. Repeat for the remaining pancakes.
  8. Cut the pancake sandwiches into halves or quarters and serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
  • Reheat in a skillet to restore fluffiness.
  • Add fresh fruits or nuts for extra flavor.
