Layers:
  • 1 cup Nuts coarsely chopped (e.g., pecans)
  • 2 cups Chocolate chips semi-sweet or dark
  • 1 cup Peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup Coarsely chopped pretzels
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14-ounce

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spatula

Method

Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Line your 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  3. Crush the Nutter Butters or chosen cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
  4. Pour the melted butter over the cookie crumbs and mix until well combined, resembling wet sand.
  5. Press the cookie crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  6. Layer the ingredients: sprinkle chopped nuts, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped pretzels, and M&Ms over the crust.
  7. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layered ingredients.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  9. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper and cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
  • Refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
  • For variations, substitute M&Ms with seasonal candies or add crushed candy canes.
