Ingredients
  

For the Mini Pizzas:
  • 13.8 ounces pizza crust refrigerated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 4 leaves basil fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Garlic salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure your mini pizzas are baked to perfection.
  2. Step 2: Unroll the refrigerated pizza crust on a lightly floured surface and cut out mini circles about 4 inches in diameter.
  3. Step 3: Place the mini pizza bases on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  4. Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, parmesan, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, and olive oil. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Step 5: Spoon the topping mixture evenly over each mini pizza base.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Step 7: Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat mini pizzas at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
  • For longer storage, freeze in a single layer, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months.
