Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure your mini pizzas are baked to perfection.
- Step 2: Unroll the refrigerated pizza crust on a lightly floured surface and cut out mini circles about 4 inches in diameter.
- Step 3: Place the mini pizza bases on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, parmesan, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, and olive oil. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Step 5: Spoon the topping mixture evenly over each mini pizza base.
- Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
