Method
- Prepare your ingredients by measuring them out.
- In your blender, add the coconut yogurt, matcha powder, banana, ground cinnamon, coconut milk, minced ginger, and maple syrup (if using).
- Once the mixture is well blended and smooth, add the chia seeds and blend briefly to combine.
- Pour the mixture into your preferred storage container.
- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight to thicken the shake.
