  • 1.4 ounce Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 8 ounce water chestnuts (drained & chopped)

  • 1 round sourdough bread bowl (for serving)

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Serving platter

Method

Instructions
  1. Start by cooking the frozen chopped spinach according to the package instructions. Once cooked, allow it to cool completely. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the spinach using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir until they are well blended and smooth.
  3. Next, sprinkle in the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the prepared spinach to the mixture. Fold it in gently to avoid breaking up the spinach too much.
  5. Now, add the chopped water chestnuts and green onions. Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  7. When you’re ready to serve, hollow out the sourdough bread bowl and fill it with your prepared Knorr Spinach Dip. Surround it with extra bread pieces, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
