Ingredients
  

  • 1 crust graham cracker crust
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten (100g)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (198g)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (60g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5g)
  • 1/2 cup butter melted (113g)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (170g)
  • 1 cup pecans chopped (114g)
  • 1 pinch kosher salt (0.4g)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. If you haven’t bought a pre-made graham cracker crust, crush graham crackers, mix with melted butter and a bit of sugar, and press into the pie dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and a pinch of kosher salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans gently.
  6. Pour the cookie batter into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is set but slightly gooey.
  8. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
