  • 1 small tomato sliced
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach loosely packed
  • 1 slice cheese optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. Gather all your ingredients. Slice your tomato and get your guacamole ready.
  2. If you prefer a warm sandwich, lightly toast the slices of keto bread until golden brown.
  3. On one slice of toasted bread, spread a generous amount of guacamole, layer spinach, followed by sliced tomato and cheese.
  4. Place the second slice of bread on top and press down gently.
  5. Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately or wrap it for later.
