Ingredients
  

For the Nachos:
  • 1 serving Keto tortilla chips
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheese mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack
  • 1 cup salsa fresh or low-carb variety
  • 1/2 cup guacamole fresh or store-bought, no added sugars
  • 1/2 cup cheese sauce low-carb version or homemade
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1 small onion chopped finely
  • 1 large green bell pepper sliced or diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream full-fat for creaminess

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure your nachos get perfectly crispy.
  2. Spread your Keto tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Sprinkle 1-2 cups of shredded cheese generously over the chips.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. While the nachos are baking, prepare your toppings. Dice the tomato, chop the onion, and slice the green bell pepper.
  6. Once the cheese is melted, remove the nachos from the oven. Top with salsa, guacamole, and cheese sauce. Add the diced tomato, chopped onion, and green bell pepper.
  7. Finish off your nachos with a generous dollop of sour cream. Serve immediately while they’re warm and cheesy!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, bake the tortilla chips for a few minutes before adding the cheese.
  • If you prefer a milder flavor, use mozzarella cheese instead of sharp cheddar.
  • Get creative with toppings—try adding cooked ground beef or shredded chicken.
