Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients. Ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easier mixing.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese to a microwave-safe mug. Use a fork or mixing spoon to beat it until smooth and creamy.
  3. Crack the large egg into the mug and mix well until fully incorporated.
  4. Add the powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the mug. Stir until smooth.
  5. Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 60 to 90 seconds. Start checking at 60 seconds.
  6. Carefully remove the mug and let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
