  • 1 cup raw almonds These nuts add crunch and healthy fats.
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews roughly chopped, creamy and slightly sweet.
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds Optional, but they add extra nutrition.
  • 1/2 cup keto crispy cereal This gives the bars a nice crunch.
  • 5 tablespoons keto maple syrup A sugar-free alternative.

  • Spatula

  • Parchment paper

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Line a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches) with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, chopped cashews, pumpkin seeds (if using), and keto crispy cereal.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, mix the keto maple syrup with a pinch of salt and pour over the dry ingredients.
  5. Step 5: Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  6. Step 6: Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
  7. Step 7: Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Pack the mixture tightly in the baking dish to prevent bars from falling apart.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • For added flavor, mix in unsweetened cocoa powder or a dash of cinnamon.
