Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground Italian sausage, egg, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Scoop out about 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the mixture is used, making around 12-15 meatballs.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Remove from the oven, let sit for a few minutes, and serve.
