  • 1 cup plain whole milk goat kefir
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk of choice (e.g., coconut milk)
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1-2 leaves of kale (chopped)
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4-6 leaves of fresh mint
  • 2 teaspoons green tea matcha powder

  • Glass or Mason Jar

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients and wash the kale and mint thoroughly. Peel the banana and ginger.
  2. In your blender, combine the goat milk kefir and coconut milk.
  3. Add the ripe banana, chopped kale, and grated ginger to the blender.
  4. Drizzle in honey and toss in the fresh mint leaves.
  5. Add the green tea matcha powder.
  6. Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy.
  7. Pour your smoothie into a glass or mason jar and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Prep ingredients in advance and store them in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Freeze banana and kale for a creamier texture.
  • Store leftovers in a sealed container for up to 24 hours.
