Ingredients
  

For the Sliders:
  • 6 whole whole wheat slider buns or pretzel buns
  • 0.5 lb shredded and chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Granny Smith apples cubed
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 0.25 cup slivered almonds
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 0.75 cup plain Greek yogurt

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cubed Granny Smith apples, halved grapes, slivered almonds, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the plain Greek yogurt and garlic salt. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the yogurt dressing over the chicken mixture and gently fold everything together until well combined.
  4. Slice your whole wheat or pretzel buns in half. Spoon a generous amount of chicken salad onto the bottom half of each bun.
  5. Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and enjoy them fresh.
