- Step 1: Prepare the Hummus - In your food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, harissa, sea salt, cumin, lemon juice, and water or olive oil. Blend until smooth.

- Step 5: Roll It Up - Starting from the bottom, roll the nori tightly over the fillings and seal with water.
- Step 6: Slice and Serve - Use a sharp knife to slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve with extra harissa or dip.
