  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice freshly squeezed from 1/2 a lime

  • 1 clove Pressed Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Cilantro Leaves
  • 1/8 tsp Salt adjust according to taste
  • Smoked Paprika for sprinkling on top

  1. Step 1: Boil the Eggs - Place the eggs in a pot, cover them with water, and bring to a boil. Cover the pot, remove from heat, and let sit for about 12-15 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool before peeling.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Avocado Filling - Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Mix in the Flavors - Add the lime juice, black pepper, onion powder, pressed garlic, chopped cilantro, and salt to the mashed avocado. Mix until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Slice the Eggs - Peel the cooled eggs, cut each in half lengthwise, and scoop out the yolks into the bowl with the avocado mixture.
  5. Step 5: Combine Yolks with Avocado Mixture - Mash the egg yolks into the avocado mixture until creamy and smooth.
  6. Step 6: Fill the Egg Whites - Fill each egg white half with the guacamole mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  7. Step 7: Garnish and Serve - Sprinkle smoked paprika over each stuffed egg and garnish with extra cilantro leaves if desired. Serve immediately or chill until ready.
