- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Lightly grease your donut pan with coconut oil or cooking spray.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond meal, coconut flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk together until well blended.
- Step 4: In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the melted coconut oil, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, almond extract, and honey. Whisk until smooth.
- Step 5: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Step 6: Slowly stir in the full-fat coconut milk until the batter is smooth.
- Step 7: Fill each donut mold about 3/4 full with the batter.
- Step 8: Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Step 9: Cool the donuts in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Step 10: For the ganache, melt the chocolate with honey in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Step 11: Dip the tops of the donuts into the ganache.
- Step 12: Sprinkle coconut flakes on top of the ganache while it’s still wet.

- Sift the coconut flour to prevent clumps.
- Add a pinch of espresso powder for richer chocolate flavor.
