  • 2 pounds chicken breast Boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chicken base A concentrated flavor enhancer
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adds warmth and color
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For deeper garlic flavor
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Adds subtle sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Herbal note
  • 4 tablespoons butter The star of the sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds salty flavor
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes For heat, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley For garnish

Method
 

  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, chicken base, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and dried thyme. Mix well.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken pieces in a single layer.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir to combine and let cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional minute until melted. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • You can freeze cooked chicken bites for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
  • Reheat in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water or broth to prevent drying out.
