  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 8 red grapes
  • 2 tablespoons runny honey
  • 1 green chilli

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles, approximately 3 inches in size.
  4. Crumble feta on each piece of pastry, top with halved grapes, and drizzle with honey.
  5. Slice the green chilli thinly and place a few slices on top of each bite.
  6. Transfer the bites to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush edges with honey. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm, drizzled with extra honey if desired.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes for crispiness.
  • You can freeze the assembled bites before baking for convenience.
