  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 cup Sugar plus 3 tablespoons
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 whole Egg White
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 3/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Milk or Heavy Cream

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare your loaf pan by greasing it and dusting with flour.

  4. Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  6. Step 6: Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients and milk/heavy cream, alternating between the two.

  9. Step 9: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
