Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Prepare your loaf pan by greasing it and dusting with flour.
- Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.

- Step 5: Add the whole egg, egg white, lemon zest, and vanilla extract; mix until just combined.
- Step 6: Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients and milk/heavy cream, alternating between the two.
- Step 7: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Step 8: Bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Step 9: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
