- Start by toasting your 1 Dave’s Killer Bread Epic Everything Bagel until it's golden brown and crispy.
- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, crack the two large eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the whites are set, but the yolks are still runny.
- Spread one tablespoon of basil pesto on one half of the toasted bagel. Layer the slice of Havarti cheese on top, followed by the cooked eggs.
- Next, layer the sliced avocado and arugula on top of the eggs.
- Finally, place the other half of the bagel on top. Press down gently to hold everything together.
- Slice the sandwich in half if desired, and enjoy your deliciously crafted Egg, Avocado, and Pesto Bagel Sandwich while it’s warm!
Notes
- For a vegan version, replace eggs with scrambled tofu and use vegan cheese.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
