Ingredients
  

For the Wraps:
  • 4 medium to large tortillas or sandwich wraps whole wheat or spinach wraps recommended
  • 12 ounces sliced turkey or deli turkey
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach adds crunch and nutrition
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese creamy and mild
  • 1 cup dried cranberries for sweetness
  • 8 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives for flavor
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onions for crunch

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped chives, and sliced green onions. Mix well until fully combined and creamy.
  2. Step 2: Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each wrap.
  3. Step 3: On top of the cream cheese, layer 3 ounces of turkey, ½ cup of fresh spinach, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, and a handful of dried cranberries.
  4. Step 4: Starting from one end, roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the edges as you go. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
  5. Step 5: Once rolled, slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap tightly for later.

Notes

  • Wraps can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
  • For a twist, try adding bell peppers or cucumbers.
  • Use whole grain or gluten-free wraps for healthier options.
