Instructions:
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped chives, and sliced green onions. Mix well until fully combined and creamy.
- Step 2: Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each wrap.
- Step 3: On top of the cream cheese, layer 3 ounces of turkey, ½ cup of fresh spinach, 2 slices of Swiss cheese, and a handful of dried cranberries.
- Step 4: Starting from one end, roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the edges as you go. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
- Step 5: Once rolled, slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap tightly for later.
Notes
- Wraps can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a twist, try adding bell peppers or cucumbers.
- Use whole grain or gluten-free wraps for healthier options.
