  • 1 cup pizza sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese for filling
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese for filling
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure perfect baking.
  2. Step 2: If using frozen puff pastry, thaw it completely and roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well.
  4. Step 4: Spread pizza sauce over the pastry, leaving a small border. Evenly distribute the cheese mixture over the sauce.
  5. Step 5: Roll the pastry from one edge into a tight log to secure the filling.
  6. Step 6: Slice the log into 1-inch pieces, yielding about 12-15 roll-ups.
  7. Step 7: Place roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Step 8: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
