- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, chocolate syrup, corn syrup, and water. Stir well until smooth.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion out the mixture and roll each portion into a ball.
- Roll each brownie ball in the sprinkles until well-coated.
- Place the coated truffles back on a plate and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set.
