Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons Tahini smooth and high-quality
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup for sweetness
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cumin optional
  • 3 tablespoons Water to thin dressing
  • to taste Salt & Pepper for seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Chives freshly chopped

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients to make the mixing process quick.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini and lemon juice. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add honey (or maple syrup) and minced garlic. Whisk until incorporated.
  4. Sprinkle in ground cumin, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Whisk until combined.
  5. Slowly add water to achieve desired consistency, whisking until smooth.
  6. Fold in chopped chives and whisk to combine.
  7. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning as needed.

Notes

  • This dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to one week.
  • Shake or stir before using if it separates.
  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
