Steps to Prepare:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Kosher salt, black pepper, dried oregano, crushed red pepper, dried thyme, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whisk everything together until well blended.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- After marinating, place the chicken thighs in an oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Squeeze additional lemon juice over the top and arrange lemon wedges around the chicken.
