Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, sea salt, garlic powder, finely minced garlic cloves, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Slice the loaf of French or Italian bread in half lengthwise.
Spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the bread.
Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly over the buttered sides of the bread.
Wrap the garlic bread tightly in Reynolds Wrap Non-Stick Foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Unwrap the foil, switch the oven to broil mode, and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish with more fresh parsley, slice into individual pieces, and serve warm.
