Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French Bread fresh baguette or loaf
  • 1/8 - 1/4 cup sauce per slice, use marinara, pesto, barbecue, or Alfredo
  • 1/8 - 1/4 cup cheese per slice, mozzarella or other varieties
  • Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Aluminum foil or parchment paper
  • Sharp knife
  • Spatula
  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even baking.
  2. Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise and cut into smaller sections for individual pizzas. Place cut side up on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment.
  3. Spread 1/8 to 1/4 cup of your chosen sauce on each slice, leaving edges clear for a perfect crust.
  4. Top each slice with 1/8 to 1/4 cup of cheese.
  5. Add your favorite toppings to each slice.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool, and transfer to a serving platter. Enjoy!

  • Brush the cut sides of French bread with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  • Pre-cook toppings that need it for even heating.
