- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned chicken, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, mojito lime seasoning, and cream cheese. Mix well.
- Step 3: Slice the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a lined baking sheet. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each bottom half.
- Step 4: Place the top halves of the rolls over the chicken mixture. Optionally, sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top.
- Step 5: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
- Step 6: Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Drain the canned chicken thoroughly to avoid a watery filling.
- Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispy top.
