  • 24.5 oz. canned chicken Two 12.25 oz cans, drained
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mojito lime seasoning
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable cream cheese
  • 12 small soft dinner rolls

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned chicken, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, mojito lime seasoning, and cream cheese. Mix well.
  3. Step 3: Slice the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a lined baking sheet. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each bottom half.
  4. Step 4: Place the top halves of the rolls over the chicken mixture. Optionally, sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
  6. Step 6: Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Drain the canned chicken thoroughly to avoid a watery filling.
  • Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispy top.
  • Prepare the chicken mixture ahead of time and store in the refrigerator.
