Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, pour in the vegetable oil. Add in the dried dill weed, garlic powder, and kosher salt. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully blended.
Gently add the oyster crackers to the bowl. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, carefully toss the crackers in the seasoned oil mixture until they are evenly coated.
Spread the coated oyster crackers evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Once baked, remove the crackers from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a serving bowl.
